● Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
● Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand plumbing layouts and requirements.
● Prepare and clean work areas, gather necessary tools and materials, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
● Participate in troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing routine maintenance under supervision.
● Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Basic understanding of mathematics and mechanical concepts.
● Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
● Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
● Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous experience or coursework related to plumbing, construction, or mechanical trades.
● Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in plumbing.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Enrollment or willingness to enroll in a formal apprenticeship or technical training program.
