Responsibilities:
● Support a team of technicians in the field.
● Go to supply houses to pick up parts and deliver them to jobs.
● Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to plan routes for delivery.
● Help prepare materials for jobs as needed.
● Assist with monthly physical inventory.
● Help get the field personnel out of the shop each morning.
● Check pricing on Purchase Orders (POs).
● Communicate with suppliers and check in products as needed.
● Perform hard and manual labor (digging, climbing, carrying items, cleaning, etc.).
● Educate customers on plumbing issues and provide exceptional customer service.
● Communicate positively and effectively with teammates in the field.
● Be ready and willing to help wherever needed.
● Commit to high standards of ethics and integrity.
Qualifications:
● Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
● High standards for your work; excellence and integrity matter.
● Ability to work independently and accurately enter information in the computer.
● Effective communication skills with field personnel and managers.
● A growth mindset and desire to improve.
● Adaptability to changing environments and competing demands.
● Dependable and consistent in all areas with a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
● Physical dexterity to operate hand and power tools.
● Ability to kneel, bend, and climb; maintain balance working off the ground.
● Ability to work outside, exposed to varying weather conditions.
