Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures
● Install and maintain pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components
● Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
● Provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients
● Complete detailed service reports accurately
● Perform safety and performance tests for each system
● Communicate with homeowners about their plumbing system status before and after service
● Maintain truck inventory levels
● Collect payments and provide detailed information about services rendered
Qualifications:
● No experience required; experience preferred for higher pay and management opportunities
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen
● Strong customer service skills
