Responsibilities:
● Perform repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, sump pumps, and gas lines
● Conduct general maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
● Maintain accurate records, including customer job summaries and materials used
● Prepare and provide estimates to customers
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships
● Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times
● Communicate efficiently with dispatch and management teams
● Maintain your company truck, keeping it clean and organized
● Follow regulations to ensure plumbing systems pass inspections
● Engage in ongoing training for your professional development

Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing
● Apprentice Plumbing License (Required)
● Journeyman’s Plumbing License (Preferred)
● Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
● Knowledge of plumbing repair and maintenance
● Strong written, verbal, and digital interpersonal skills
● Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs
● Confident in sales and customer interactions
● Professionalism and punctuality are essential
● Skilled in using plumbing tools, including snakes, augers, drills, and more
● Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
