Responsibilities:
● Troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and maintaining plumbing components such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
● Cutting openings in walls and floors for plumbing installation and fitting using power and hand tools.
● Assembling and installing valves and pipes from various metals.
● Conducting backflow preventer testing and repairs.
● Performing basic electrical wiring for plumbing devices.
● Responding to emergency maintenance needs as required.
● Coordinating with other trades and warehouse personnel to ensure correct materials are used.
● Adhering to safety policies and procedures at all times.
● Supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent GED.
● At least five (5) years of experience in plumbing and maintenance.
● Valid pipefitter, steamfitter, or sprinkler systems license or certificate.
● Knowledge of safety precautions related to plumbing work.
● Ability to pass a pre-hire drug and background screening.
● Maintain a valid intelligence community level clearance.
● U.S. Citizenship and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
● Ability to work overtime and varied shifts as needed.
