Responsibilities:
● Interpret blueprints and building specifications to plan installation
● Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures
● Assemble fittings and valves for plumbing fixtures
● Modify pipes and plumbing materials as needed
● Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project coordination
● Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with regulations
● Follow health and safety standards and building codes
● Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of plumbing experience in commercial construction
● Must own all required tools
● Reliable transportation is necessary
● Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
● Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
● Adhere to safety protocols at all times
● Ability to work well independently and with a team
● Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
● Lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
● Bend, stretch, and crouch as needed for the job
● Safely navigate uneven terrain and confined spaces
● Respond quickly to sounds and work in extreme weather
● Climb ladders while carrying tools or items
