Responsibilities:
● Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls
● Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
● Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
● Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets
● Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional

Qualifications:
● 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
● Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply them on the job
● Ability to work in a positive team environment
● Self-starter who is able to get the job done
● Proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
● Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Exceptional customer service skills
● Strong desire to become a better technician every day
● Competitive individual contributor who also loves winning as a team
● Able to pass a background check, MVR, and a drug test
