Responsibilities:
● Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, fittings, drainage systems, sewer systems, and appliances.
● Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools including jet machines, power cutters, and threaders.
● Perform drain maintenance using snakes, augers, and hydrojetters.
● Document work orders and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
● Perform appliance repairs as directed.
● Conduct End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines.
● Adhere to client’s safety regulations, legal restrictions, and building codes.
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
● All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Must be 18 years of age or older.
● High School Diploma or equivalent.
● 3+ years of experience preferred.
● Journeyman/Apprentice level candidates preferred.
● Proficiency in English is highly recommended.
● Open availability for potential overtime and holiday work.
Physical Requirements:
● Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
● Ability to work in cramped spaces and at heights.
● Good hygiene skills required.
Additional Information:
● Must complete pre-employment background check and drug screen if applicable.
● Must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process.
