Responsibilities:
● Demonstrate personal commitment to our core values through active involvement in the quality improvement process.
● Follow safe work practices and rules, participating in safety programs to prevent unsafe conditions.
● Maintain daily contact with management to report on activities during the afternoon shift.
● Assemble, install, adjust, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems, including lift stations and sanitary systems.
● Provide maintenance and repair services to domestic water systems, including potable and reverse-osmosis systems.
● Repair and maintain various plumbing equipment and fixtures such as valves, faucets, toilets, and more.
● Perform metal fabricating, brazing, and cutting using gas and electrical welders.
● Assist the Master Plumber with their duties and responsibilities.
● Carry out snow removal and salt spreading duties on hospital grounds as assigned.
● Complete all other duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
● Required: Journey Plumber License.
● High School graduate or equivalent.
● Attendance at hospital equipment training schools is preferred.
● A minimum of four years of work experience as a licensed Journey Plumber is required.
● Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
● Commitment to friendly and professional customer service.
