Responsibilities:
● Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
● Read and interpret building plans and specifications
● Compile and organize material lists for projects
● Coordinate work with project managers and other trades
● Collaborate with peers within the plumbing trade
● Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards
● Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and building plans
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
● Effective communication with project managers, coworkers, and other trades
● Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
● Physical ability to perform trade-related work
● No fear of heights
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs
● Ability to sit, stand, and climb stairs
