Responsibilities:
● Layout, fit, assemble, and install a variety of piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and job plans.
● Cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand tools, power tools, and machines such as saws, pipe cutters, threading machines, and pipe benders.
● Assemble and install metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including steel, copper, HDPE, and PVC.
● Connect pipes using methods such as welding, threading, soldering, and fusion.
● Perform welding tasks using SMA, GMAW, or GTAW in various positions.
● Inspect completed work for compliance with specifications and best practices.
● Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and subcontractors.
● Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment following safety protocols.
● Complete required documentation accurately.

Qualifications:
● Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
● Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
● Safety certifications are a plus but not required.
