Responsibilities:
● Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet and faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and standard plumbing repairs.
● Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings.
● Handle customer queries, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and prepare cost estimates.
● Gain experience in sewer and drain cleaning.

Qualifications:
● Must be 21 years or older.
● Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check.
● Must hold a valid driver’s license.
● Must have 1-2 years of plumbing experience.
● Good work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new methods.
● Physical dexterity and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally
● Attend training and educational sessions as required
● Collaborate with vendors for services like landscaping and asphalt painting
● Adhere to state, local, and federal fair housing laws and safety/OSHA requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
● Must be at least 18 years old
● Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
● Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping residents
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
● Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on-call hours, weekends, and holidays

Education & Experience (Preferred But Not Required):
● 1–3 years of prior maintenance experience is a plus
● HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications are preferred
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
● High school diploma or equivalent is required
