Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new residential constructions
● Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality installations
● Follow safety guidelines and building codes
● Troubleshoot plumbing issues as they arise
● Communicate effectively with clients and other contractors
Qualifications:
● Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record
● Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
● Ability to work independently and within a team
● Good communication skills
● Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Compensation:
● $20-$60 per fixture on straight time (depending on phase)
● $30-$90 per fixture on overtime (depending on phase) — we pay overtime on piece rate, it’s the law!
