Responsibilities:
● Serve as the subject matter expert for all plumbing-related operations at your branch
● Balance your schedule with ~30% office work and ~70% field work
● Review upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain necessary permits
● Schedule rough-in inspections and assist with pre-installation and final inspections
● Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing-related questions
● Act as primary backup to the Installation Manager by scheduling installations and ordering products as needed

Qualifications:
● An active R-37R Plumbing License in good standing
● A passion for mentoring and developing the skills of others
● Strong attention to detail
● A valid Driver’s License
● Access to a smartphone or smart device for company-required systems
