Responsibilities:
● Install and maintain plumbing and firefighting sprinkler systems
● Ensure plumbing systems meet inspection standards
● Supervise and assign tasks to plumbers
● Manage on-site documentation and schedules
● Approve crew hours and order materials
● Conduct functionality tests and quality inspections
● Interpret blueprints and plumbing codes
● Install drain lines, domestic water systems, steam/condensate piping, and fire protection piping
● Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
Qualifications:
● Required: Journeyman License, valid driver’s license
● Preferred: Master License
● 7–10+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
