Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including domestic water, vacuum, and sewer lines.
● Install fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and water heaters with precision and expertise.
● Perform leak tests using compressed air or water and ensure all systems are safe and functional.
● Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
● Provide exceptional customer service, explaining work performed and pricing before starting any project.
● Train and mentor maintenance and service technicians to develop their skills.
● Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean service vehicle to ensure efficiency.
● Participate in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training sessions.
Qualifications:
● A Valid Master Plumber License and a GED or High School Diploma are required.
● An Associate Degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience as a Master Plumber in residential service and maintenance are required.
● Strong technical skills and the ability to mentor and train others.
● Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
● Dependability, organization, and a willingness to travel to job sites within the Okemo Valley region.
