Responsibilities:
● Perform skilled assembly, installation, repair, and modification of water and drainage systems and equipment.
● Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of systems.
● Supervise plumbing staff and manage work orders and assignments.
● Inspect buildings to assess plumbing needs and establish installation sequences.
● Maintain accurate records and reports of plumbing activities and compliance with safety regulations.
● Collaborate with engineering staff and other trades to improve plumbing systems and implement energy-efficient measures.
● Ensure all required permits for plumbing work are obtained and followed according to code.

Qualifications:
● NH Master Plumber license.
● Valid driver’s license.
● Equivalent combination of 7 years of education and experience in plumbing or a related field.
● Considerable knowledge of plumbing codes, practices, and safety standards.
● Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents, diagrams, and plans.
● Strong leadership and communication skills to oversee a team effectively.
