Confidential Dallas-Fort Worth plumbing company is seeking a hands-on, licensed Master Plumber to lead our operations. This role is more than just signing permits — you’ll be directly involved in the field, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Pull and manage plumbing permits.
2. Oversee journeymen and apprentices.
3. Perform and supervise installations, service calls, and inspections.
4. Ensure all work meets TSBPE code and quality standards.
5. Serve as Responsible Master Plumber of record for the company.
Compensation:
● Base Salary: $75K–$100K/year (DOE).
● Bonus: $5K–$15K annually, based on close rate, gross margin, and customer ratings.
● PTO + health insurance.
● Company truck/allowance + license renewals paid.
