Responsibilities:
● Lead and direct plumbing operations, support staff, and contractors
● Perform repairs on plumbing fixtures throughout the facility
● Execute preventative maintenance on equipment
● Maintain the hospital sewer system and troubleshoot supply water issues
● Understand and work with facility mechanical blueprints
● Coordinate installation of new fixtures and plumbing systems

Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● 8 years of documented lead work in plumbing, specifically in a large commercial/industrial facility (400,000 sq. ft.)
● Valid Plumber License issued by the State of Michigan

Schedule:
● Day (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday)
