Job Details
● Location: Onsite – South Salt Lake City, Utah (84119)
● Schedule: Full Time, Hourly
● Shift: First Shift 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:
● High-voltage and Low-voltage Electrical Assemblies: Assemble and wire electrical components according to engineering diagrams.
● Mechanical Assemblies: Integrate mechanical components using hand and power tools.
● Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure completed assemblies function properly.
● Documentation and Reporting: Document completed work, measurements, and test results accurately.
● Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment.
● Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
● Collaboration and Communication: Work with teams to enhance manufacturing processes and solve challenges.
● Continuous improvement through education or training as needed.
● Other duties and projects as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
● A high school diploma or equivalent with 2-5+ years of related experience.
● Knowledge in high-voltage and low-voltage electrical assemblies and wiring.
● Familiarity with mechanical components, tools, and manufacturing equipment.
● Proficiency in reading technical drawings and color-coded wiring diagrams.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
● Active OSHA compliant Forklift Certification is a plus.
● Technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or mechanical disciplines is preferred.
● Experience in manufacturing, machine shop, or assembly work is a plus.
