Responsibilities:
● Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with repairs and preventive maintenance
● Maintain the residential apartment homes, public spaces, outdoor grounds, and equipment
● Conduct daily inspections to ensure property is clean and well-kept
● Perform minor repairs on air conditioning, heating units, electrical, and plumbing issues
● Prepare units to make them market-ready according to company standards
● Maintain laundry rooms and, if applicable, oversee pool maintenance
● Provide excellent customer service to residents and handle on-call emergencies
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED required; Pool certification preferred
● HVAC certification and boiler certification preferred
● At least one year of maintenance experience in residential properties
● Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds
● Valid driver’s license and good motor vehicle record required
