Responsibilities:
● Perform preventative maintenance on various types of equipment
● Respond to maintenance calls from machine operators
● Attend daily maintenance meetings
● Read blueprints and mechanical drawings
● Use meters and measuring instruments for diagnostics
● Rework mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
● Troubleshoot electrical systems under supervision
● Operate production equipment and machine tools
● Perform basic PLC troubleshooting
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED required
● PLC training or certification (or completion within 1 year of hire)
● Varying experience:
– Level 1: 6–12 months in a manufacturing environment
– Level 2: 2–5 years with leadership experience preferred
– Level 3: 6–10 years with strong mathematical and computer skills
