● Use your own vehicle to drive to a limited number of properties (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications:
● Strong mechanical skills and a positive attitude
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Good communication and customer service skills
● Previous maintenance experience is preferred

Schedule:
● Full-time
● Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
● 30-minute unpaid lunch
● Monthly rotating weekend
