Responsibilities:
● Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment throughout the facility
● Detect malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment
● Ensure compliance with corporate policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules
● Maintain records of service cycles and maintenance activities
● Efficiently manage time and complete tasks assigned by supervisory authority
● Report damages, defects, and issues regarding electrical and mechanical units to the supervising manager
● Document spare and replacement parts required
● Utilize and handle all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment appropriately
● Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices
● Observe all company safety rules and assist in their enforcement as necessary
● Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3+ years’ electrical and mechanical experience
● Proficient in working with voltages from 24 volts to 480 volts (single and three-phase)
● Experience with AVG (Automated Guided Vehicle) or LVG (Laser Guided Vehicle)
● Knowledge of working with HMIs
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proficient in Preventative Maintenance tasks
● Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong time management skills
● Knowledgeable in using electrical testing equipment
● Proficient in using various power and hand tools
● Forklift operation capability
● High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for extended periods

Schedule:
● Thursday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
● Friday through Sunday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
