Responsibilities:
● Perform a variety of tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance
● Conduct tests and inspections of physical plant equipment
● Comply with established infection control measures and safety protocols
● Assist in creating a safe environment for patients and staff
● Maintain facility grounds to ensure a neat appearance
● Support quality improvement goals and objectives across the facility
Qualifications:
● High school graduate or equivalent preferred; two years of technical or trade school preferred
● Valid driver’s license is required
● Experience operating a variety of hand and power tools safely
● Background in building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering
● Ability to learn about the physical plant within two weeks of hire

Compensation:
This is a full-time role with an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $27.00 based on experience and skill level.
