● Support cost-saving efforts by repairing rather than replacing items when possible
● Verify contractor and vendor work quality
● Attend safety meetings and report incidents promptly
● Communicate professionally with residents and team members
● Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs
Qualifications:
● Experience with hand and power tools
● High school diploma or GED preferred
● Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
● Basic math skills to complete maintenance tasks
● Proficiency in computer programs for record-keeping
● EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal required
● Valid driver’s license
This position requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and involves varying weather conditions.
