Responsibilities:
● Complete periodic maintenance of equipment and machinery by following manufacturers’ recommendations
● Troubleshoot common issues with equipment and assist operators in returning to productive mode
● Install mechanical equipment according to manufacturers’ recommendations in a timely manner
● Repair machines to limit machinery downtime during the production schedule
● Evaluate workspace safety on the production floor to ensure compliance with guidelines
● Complete various tasks related to maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural concerns
● Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing maintenance tasks
● Perform peer-to-peer inspections on work completed by other maintenance technicians
● Investigate and recommend outside contractors for larger maintenance projects
● Advise the Purchasing Manager during new equipment purchases
● Enforce compliance with safety guidelines and company standards
● Comply with Quality and Environmental Management Systems and associated standards

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years experience in equipment maintenance
● Strong knowledge of skilled trades, such as electrical, CNC equipment, and carpentry
● Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
● Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
● Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
