Responsibilities:
● Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen mechanical, refrigeration, and boiler systems
● Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning on all equipment
● Assist in minor structural and mechanical tasks, including carpentry and electrical maintenance
● Identify equipment needing replacement parts and place orders
● Participate in safety-related training and meetings
● Help train other maintenance staff as needed
● Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
● Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system operations
● Skilled craftsman with mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
● Project management experience preferred
● Experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair
● Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
● Valid licenses and certifications required (e.g., EPA Universal Certification, Boiler Operating Permit)
● High School Diploma/GED or 5 years of relevant experience
