Responsibilities:
● Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, drainage, sprinkler, and gas systems according to plumbing codes.
● Identify necessary repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment through inspections and complete repairs as needed.
● Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
● Receive and complete work orders; select materials and provide time and material estimates with accuracy.
● Inspect job sites upon completion to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
● Collaborate with building principals and supervisors on various projects.
● Respond to emergency calls as needed.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED.
● Texas journeyman or master plumber’s license.
● Clear and valid Texas driver’s license.
● 3-5 years of plumbing experience.
● Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, installation techniques, and plumbing codes.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
● Ability to perform mathematical calculations and diagnose plumbing problems.
