Responsibilities:
● Lead plumbing projects, coordinate work crews, and provide mentorship to apprentices
● Install, diagnose, and maintain plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with all safety and code standards
● Identify potential safety issues and take corrective action to maintain a safe job site
● Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans; follow direction from supervisors and contractors
● Prepare and complete required quality assurance documentation
● Utilize sound decision-making skills to resolve on-site challenges without compromising quality or timelines
Qualifications:
● At least 4 years of practical plumbing experience
● Active residential or journeyman plumbing license from a recognized State Licensing Board
● Valid driver’s license in good standing
● Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
● Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
● Must successfully complete a DOT physical and pass a pre-employment drug test
