Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage plumbing projects, including installations, renovations, and repairs
● Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts
● Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
● Estimate costs for materials, equipment, and labor
● Collaborate with clients and contractors on project requirements
● Supervise and guide plumbing teams, including junior plumbers
● Conduct inspections and diagnostics on plumbing systems
● Develop effective solutions for troubleshooting issues
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes and fixtures
● Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools
● Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods
● Maintain a clean job site and dispose of waste properly
● Coordinate procurement of plumbing materials and equipment
● Keep detailed records of work performed
● Train and mentor plumbing teams
● Stay updated with industry trends and code changes
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● 10+ years of experience as a Plumber II or Master Plumber
● Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and practices
● Expertise in analyzing complex blueprints
● Strong understanding of advanced plumbing techniques
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
● Proven leadership abilities in managing teams
● Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
● Valid driver’s license
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
● Report unsafe conditions to management
● Comply with all safety rules and procedures
● Use appropriate safety equipment
● Participate in safety initiatives and report incidents promptly
