We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Kent, WA!

Responsibilities:
● Oversee the installation of bath and shower system fixtures per plumbing code
● Train and develop key installers to effectively install plumbing fixtures
● Manage customer interactions during the installation process while troubleshooting service calls
● Communicate efficiently to identify issues, address incorrect installs, and provide demonstrations of repairs/alterations
● Update the Production Manager on the status of various jobs

Qualifications:
● Must possess a current WASHINGTON Journeyman Plumber’s License
● Clean DMV record required, as the plumber will drive a company vehicle
● Strong leadership skills to manage job sites
● Ability to train and develop apprentice-level installers
● Effective communication skills with all levels of employees and clients
● Dependability and readiness to follow up and respond promptly
● Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
