● Support a team of technicians in the field
● Engage in hard manual labor, including digging, climbing, and carrying items
● Assist the Warehouse Coordinator as needed
● Help educate customers on plumbing issues
● Build positive relationships with our customers
● Effectively communicate with teammates in the field and office
● Be ready to assist wherever needed
