We are looking for dedicated HVAC Technicians in the Houston area to join our team and continue our commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities:
● Troubleshoot systems and diagnose problems
● Implement repairs and maintenance as scheduled
● Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
● Coordinate with Field Supervisor and oversee subcontractor services
● Foster a strong customer service relationship with clients
● Ensure compliance with client contract requirements and applicable laws
● Manage company-issued vehicle, tools, and documentation

Qualifications:
● Must have a valid Texas HVAC License
● Minimum of 3 years of proven HVAC experience
● Experience in commercial maintenance is required
● Clean driving record is essential
● High School Diploma or GED
● Strong customer service skills and a solid work ethic
● Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
● Must pass a criminal background check

Preferred Experience:
● Some pneumatic control experience is preferred but not required
● Journeyman status is beneficial, but licensing is not mandatory

Schedule:
● Monday to Friday, day shift.
● Must be open to working non-regular hours and on-call rotation if necessary.
