Key Responsibilities for the Experienced HVAC Service Technician:

● Efficiently troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide clear, expert advice to customers on repair or replacement options.
● Recommend maintenance plans, upgrades, or replacement options based on system condition and customer needs.
● Provide accurate estimates and close service-related sales opportunities with professionalism and integrity.
● Collaborate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
● Maintain a well-stocked truck and keep accurate inventory.
● Actively participate in training sessions and morning meetings.
● Submit accurate, timely invoices, timecards, feedback, and option sheets.
Qualifications:
● Proven track record of delivering exceptional technical service while consistently driving high sales performance through expert product knowledge, customer rapport, and solution-oriented recommendations.
● Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
● Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
● A positive attitude and pride in your work.
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug test.
● Availability for on-call rotation.
