Key Responsibilities:
● Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers
● Diagnose basic issues with HVAC and refrigeration units, including boilers, chillers, and air handlers
● Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under the supervision of senior technicians
● Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication on job sites
● Follow all company safety protocols and complete work in accordance with local codes
● Participate in rotating Saturday on-call service schedule
● Maintain accurate service records and care for company-issued tools and equipment

Qualifications:
● 1+ year HVAC field experience, preferably in service or maintenance
● EPA Certification required
● High school diploma or GED required
● Strong mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
● Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
● Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
● Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● Must reside in Colorado
