Responsibilities:
● Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration of HVAC systems
● Utilize technical skills to maintain systems effectively
● Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
● Adhere to safety protocols while working daily
● Complete additional duties as assigned
● Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is required

Qualifications:
● High School diploma or GED equivalent
● HVAC Trade school graduate preferred with a 3.5 GPA and excellent attendance
● Minimum of 1 year in a mechanical support role; hands-on HVAC experience preferred
● EPA Certification – Type I & Type II or Universal preferred
● NATE certification is a plus
● Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
● Ability to climb ladders and lift moderate weights (up to 90 pounds)
● Excellent customer service and diagnostic skills
● Self-motivated and capable of working independently
● Willingness to relocate after training completion
● Local travel may be required

Physical Requirements:
● Safely accessing rooftops and heights
● Lifting tools/equipment as needed
● Climbing ladders and performing manual tasks
