Responsibilities:
● Learn to install and service Heating & Air Conditioning systems
● Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems
● Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners
● Work closely with experienced HVAC & Plumbing Technicians
● Participate in training programs and utilize available resources
Qualifications:
● No prior experience in trades required
● Must be reliable and highly motivated
● Willingness to learn and grow professionally
● Valid Driver’s License required
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred
