Responsibilities:
● Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in occupied and vacant units
● Prepare units for new residents (make-ready/punch process)
● Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally
● Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers
● Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
● Maintain community curb appeal and cleanliness
● Assist with renovation or property upgrade projects as needed
Qualifications:
● EPA Universal Certification (Required – no exceptions)
● Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or property management
● Own tools and HVAC gauges
● Strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
● Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and unit make-ready/punch work
