Responsibilities:
● Assist the crew leader with the installation of air conditioning units and furnaces
● Help with the installation and replacement of various HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems
● Explain the services provided to customers
● Accurately document invoices detailing the age and type of system components, services completed, and costs
● Discuss current and future equipment and service requirements with customers
● Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization
● Maintain a professional image at all times
● Participate in all company-sponsored training classes

Qualifications:
● A high school diploma or GED
● Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment is preferred
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to take directions from the crew leader
● Appropriate trade tools for the job
● A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
● The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
