We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Helper to join our Orlando team. If you have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HVAC, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
● Assist in the installation of all brands and types of HVAC units
● Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas
● Perform start-up of equipment
● Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts using hand or power tools
● Communicate efficiently with management, dispatch, and customers to ensure overall success of the company
● Keep accurate invoices and time sheets
● Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects
● Maintain a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck

Qualifications:
● HVAC experience (at least 6 months is required)
● Good attitude and willingness to learn
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Exceptional customer service while on the job site
● Results-driven in a high-energy environment
● Ability to follow directions and work independently
● Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet climates depending on the weather
● Mechanical aptitude
● Experience with Service Titan preferred
