Responsibilities:
● Assist Lead Installer in all HVAC system installations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
● Help stage jobs and adhere to the quality checklist
● Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
● Complete accurate and timely paperwork, including time portal entries
● Build good customer rapport to ensure maximum satisfaction
● Work closely with Project Manager and Install Coordinators to finish jobs on time
● Join pipes or tubing to equipment and fuel, water, or refrigerant sources
● Obtain and maintain required certifications
● Actively participate in departmental meetings, technical, and vendor trainings
Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Ability to work independently with guidance from Lead Technician
● Enrolled in school for HVAC license
● Understanding of Rodenhiser policies regarding paperwork, truck stock, cleanliness, and tool maintenance
● Willingness to learn from Lead Technicians
● Pursue continuous training in the HVAC field
● Ability to establish customer rapport throughout the process
