In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
● Assist with installing HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation units, following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
● Support in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components to ensure optimal performance.
● Learn and adhere to industry best practices, safety protocols, and company procedures while working on HVAC systems.
● Operate and handle tools and equipment safely and effectively, including gauges, meters, and hand tools required for HVAC work.
● Participate in formal training programs, apprenticeships, and educational courses to develop technical skills and knowledge related to HVAC systems and technology.
● Interact with customers professionally and respectfully, providing assistance as needed for a positive service experience.
● Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while working on-site, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
● Be open to learning new techniques and technologies, adapting to changes in the field, and continuously improving skills.
● Additional duties as assigned.

The Physical Requirements Of This Job Include:
● Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
● Climbing ladders, accessing attics, and navigating tight spaces.
● Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
● Requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions.
