Responsibilities:
● Perform repairs and maintenance on air conditioning, heating, plumbing, minor electrical systems, and other related equipment
● Respond to emergencies such as fire, power outages, gas leaks, and water leaks
● Utilize the company work order system to manage and complete tasks based on priority
● Install and repair plumbing parts and equipment, including clearing minor drain clogs
● Repair and install new or damaged equipment, such as televisions and kitchen fixtures
● Conduct minor paint touch-ups and drywall repairs
● Maintain various hotel equipment and mechanical systems
● Assist with receiving and stocking hotel deliveries
● Set up and tear down events and meetings
● Escort vendors and contractors and oversee their work
● Transport and dispose of trash and recycling materials
● Maintain the shop, tools, equipment, and work areas in a professional manner
● Perform other tasks as assigned by Facility and Hotel management

Qualifications:
● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Prior related experience preferred
● Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
● Capacity to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in confined areas
● Hand and finger dexterity for various tasks
● Safe and effective use of hand and power tools
● Good communication skills and ability to use a two-way radio
● Proficient in using company computer programs, including email and ordering systems
● Ability to maintain necessary licenses and certifications
