Responsibilities:
● Perform residential home repairs and maintenance across multiple trades.
● Complete carpentry tasks including doors, trim, framing, and repairs.
● Handle painting and drywall patching.
● Conduct plumbing tasks such as toilet and faucet repairs, and minor pipe fixes.
● Manage small electrical tasks like fixture installations and outlet wiring.
● Install smart home devices.
● Serve a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes, building strong relationships with homeowners.
● Track jobs, tasks, and schedules using our app.

Qualifications:
● 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required.
● Skilled in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
● Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician is strongly preferred.
● Experience in residential home repair across multiple areas is essential.
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
● Attention to detail in all work.
● Customer-friendly attitude, great listener, and strong communicator.
● Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and required tools.
● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
● Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet.
