Responsibilities:
● Safely use hand and power tools to perform repairs, installations, and maintenance
● Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
● Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other construction professionals
● Follow building plans and blueprints
● Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies as directed
● Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
● Keep accurate records of work orders, detailed work progress, labor, and materials
Basic Qualifications:
● Must be 18 years of age or older
● One (1) year of experience in the plumbing field required
● Valid, unexpired driver’s license is needed
● Journeyman electrician’s license in the applicable jurisdiction
Preferred Qualifications:
● Three (3) years of experience in the plumbing field is preferred
