Responsibilities:
● Comprehend and follow instructions, project signage, and manufacturer guidelines.
● Assist with various carpentry tasks, including:
● Reviewing job site needs.
● Gathering and transporting materials, cutting, and installing finish carpentry materials.
● Supporting subcontractors and suppliers on site.
● Participate in safety and quality programs, including daily Pre-Task Plans.
● Comply with safety protocols and communicate effectively in emergencies.
● Inspect and maintain tools and equipment for safety.
● Build positive relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
● Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and commitment in all activities.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
● A minimum of 6 months of general construction experience.
● Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials.
● Basic arithmetic and geometry skills for finish carpentry.
● Ability to measure lengths accurately.
● Good communication and active listening skills.
● Reliable transportation.
● Flexibility to travel and work nights or weekends as needed.
