Responsibilities:
● Comprehend and follow instructions as directed and adhere to safety protocols.
● Assist with gathering and transporting materials, taking measurements, and installing finish carpentry items.
● Support subcontractors and suppliers on job sites.
● Participate in project safety and quality programs.
● Maintain a secure work environment and inspect tools before use.
● Build positive relationships with coworkers and stakeholders.
● Display teamwork and integrity in daily activities.
● Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
● A minimum of 6 months of general construction experience.
● Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials.
● Skills in basic arithmetic and geometry related to finish carpentry.
● Ability to measure lengths accurately using a ruler or tape.
● Strong communication and active listening skills.
● Reliable transportation and the ability to accommodate travel, including night and weekend work as needed.
