Responsibilities:
● Cut or saw boards, timbers, or plywood to the required size using various tools
● Assemble and fasten materials to construct wood or metal frameworks
● Bore holes in timber, masonry, or concrete walls
● Fabricate and assemble parts using hand tools and machinery
● Climb ladders and scaffolding to access elevated areas
● Adhere to safety procedures according to company and OSHA guidelines
● Move and lift heavy objects as needed
● Use basic carpentry techniques to cut, shape, fit, and join materials
● Perform demolition or repairs on existing structures

Qualifications:
● Up to 1 year of experience in residential, cabinetry, or laborer work
● General understanding of various tools
● Ability to pay close attention to detail
● Capacity to climb scaffolding and ladders
● Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
● Commitment to workplace safety and quality control

Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to lift and move items up to 100 pounds
● Ability to work on uneven surfaces and in various weather conditions
● Exposure to construction noise and potential hazards
