Key Responsibilities:
● Inspect and analyze electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems in buildings for sizing utility submetering equipment
● Install sub-metering systems in new and existing buildings
● Retrofit existing systems with Automated Meter Reading (AMR) equipment
● Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and ordinances
● Advise customers on necessary repairs and products/services
● Address customer complaints related to service and equipment
● Maintain high standards in fieldwork and suggest quality improvements
● Properly use and calibrate tools and metering equipment
● Submit fieldwork reports, including timesheets and updates
● Promote safety compliance in all fieldwork

Qualifications:
● 3+ years in a relevant field (utilities, plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
● Post-secondary education in Plumbing, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred
● Knowledgeable in pipefitting, service, and meter sizing
● Understanding of residential/commercial building systems
● Experience with sub-metering systems is a plus
● Ability to work independently and take initiative
● Strong hands-on skills and troubleshooting abilities
● Good communication and organizational skills
● Positive attitude and a team player
● Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
